Shaw's is the must-do, can be busy and crowded, great breakfasts.
The Pie Lady's is more low key, great food.
Both rate the 'insitution' label :O)
I've stayed at both (not this summer) and visited both last month.
Monson is a village, if you need re-supply do a mail drop.
