[at-l] RE: black bear attack in NY



Heh, not in Australia, after a shark killed a diver the Aussie agency
responsible refused to kill the shark, who was known but an endangered
species. They said that the diver assumed the risk when he got into the
water.

Yes, but when there is a human death, the animal is always found and done
away with.
