To belabor a point, Chainsaw is right about military reservations/bases. If
you are on their property, you are theirs to do with as they please. They
want to search your vehicle? Say no problem sir. They want to search you?
Say yes sir and hold your arms up. They don't have to play by civilian rules
and under certain circumstances, you can get yourself shot and then have
federal charges filed against YOU for getting shot....
