[at-l] Arrested by Ridgerunner!

I stayed in Peck's Corner (Smoky Mountain National Park) this weekend.
Ridgerunner Bob was having a bad day I think... 8-) He told 3 of the
guys in our shelter he "would give them a ticket" if they pitched their
tent outside the shelter. Are we supposed to believe that Ridgerunners
have arrest authority? Methinks it aint true! Or, do they give you some
kind ATC ticket or something? Does a Ridgerunner ticket raise your
insurance?
