[at-l] OT: Galen Rowell



I just had heard the awful news, too - I think there were four killed in
some sort of small plane crash . . . next to Ansel Adams, I think Galen
was my favorite outdoor photographer . . . his textual comments in many
of his "picture" books also were great; he [and all of the four who
apparently perished together] will be missed . . .
