[at-l] mobile e-mail devices for the trail?



There is nothing portable that suits your needs, as there isn't much of any
digital coverage on either trail.   The only devices that would work
everywhere are:  An iridium phone or an inmarsat phone, both of which are
very bulky and don't have integrated two way paging.
