Yes, folks, I visited Felix in all his arm-scratching glory.  I hate to tell
you Felix, but I think that itchy arm was getting worse by the minute.  You
might need to do something about that, other than scratch.

My trip had nothing to do with hiking, other than hanging with Felix.  (I
hope John doesn't mind that I drooled on that chair when I fell asleep.  And
I meant to tell you, I think wasps are making the other one like the one I
crashed in, a home.)  I hate to admit it, but I'd only seen a hummingbird
one time in my life, until I went to Felix's.  They are too cool!

I went up to IL for a family reunion, and I'm sure glad I went!  It had been
too long since I'd seen most of the family, and I feel good that I've seen
them again.  My dad told about all of them about my plans to hike the AT
next year.  I think I'll be getting some visitors on the trail.  :-)
