[at-l] Dehydrator

In my mind, it only makes sense to dehydrate when prices are low or
when the food would become compost. For instance, bananas can look
pretty brown on the peel, but are perfect for dehydrating. Often, you
can get them free as the grocery can't sell them. Ditto for the extra
tomatoes and fruit you might be growing in your summer garden.
