Thanks for posting that info on DEET, Jan.  That stuff really scares me!
There may not be many cases of toxicity, as someone said, BUT I did see one
in my own family last year.  She had a very severe anaphylactic reaction and
barely made it to the hospital.  Rare, yes...but is it worth the chance?  I
do not have extra brain cells to lose.
