[at-l] Strange Choice of Arsonists

In northern Manitoba, we have that problem. The forest firefighters make
great money and the years where there should be few fires, low and behold a
mysterious fire starts and seems to get out of control quick. They have
caught a few of the people starting them and their answers are always, "We
needed the money".
