I met Mrs. Gorp on June 9th on the trail in Pomfret Vermont.  She said she
was hiking from Hanover NH south to her home in Wallingford.

She said that when she went back to the trail in Virginia after being off
for about a month, she missed the crowds, so she came back home to Vermont,
and when I saw her she was just getting out there.
