[at-l] Shelters Just N. of Hanover?

Can anyone confirm the shelter situation on the AT
between Hanover and Lyme-Dorchester Road?

My 12 yr old map shows three...

  * Velvet Rocks shelter, just NE Hanover
  * Moose Mtn. Shelter
  * Trapper John Shelter (Holts' Ledge)

Are these three still there, and/or usable?  Any of them
*not* recommended?

2nd Question:  If I were approaching Hanover from
Lebanon, by car, how would I discern the place where
the AT enters town from the east?  (IOW, looking for a
good place to park the car during the hike.)
