[at-l] weight watchers results

  Well, as of right now it is 16 1/2 real pounds gone.  That is as oposed to 
  those gym numbers where they tell me that I have lost 27 lbs of fat and 
  gained 17 pounds or so of muscle.  I don't know if there is any scietific 
  basis for that but I do like how it sounds!! *G*  I have also lost somewhere 
  in the neighborhood of 8% body fat.
      In any case, I have a long, long way to go but I am feeling good!!!
      And thanks for asking!!  that makes me feel even more motivated!!!!  Best
