[at-l] knee injury
Hola :) Lay off the knees for a while. If they aren't too bad you can get
some rest and slowly start strengthening them back up. Walking, squats,
lunges... that sort of thing. When you start hiking again, take it slowly
for the first several weeks. Don't try to do 20 miles a day if you're knees
are telling you to stop after 5.
Knee probs are generally like back probs. Once you have them, they tend to
stay with you.
