[at-l] External-Frame Packs

This is the reason I have come to prefer external frame packs.  I like the 
pockets and split main compartment so the stuff I want isn't an arms length 
down in one deeeep compartment.  My favorite internal of all time was a 
panel loader.  I still have it but it's in rough shape.  I saw a new panel 
loading internal at EMS on Sunday.  (Mmmm, temptation).
