Ahhh but no one said she had to miss out on the camraderie of the shelters,
just becuase she doesn't sleep in one!  Most shelters are situated with 
tentsites
nearby n'est pas?  Shelters are great places to cook, gab, eat, read, hang your
food on the nearby bearpole and use the nearby privy.  Great places to stay
either in the public shelter or the personal one.
