Is this edict by rule, tradition or courtesy?
Does it matter if you aren't a frickin' slob?
How about if no one is looking?
How about if you are tired and there isn't a picnic table?
How about in the winter?
How about if there are only a couple people at the shelter and you realy
like mice anyway?
How about if you think its every hiker's duty to live free or die?
