I agree.  I would say that what they did does not even rate being called a 
"concept."  Per my latest trip report, I knew RSC was my bailout and that 
sitting with the maps in Franklin would allow us to hatch an alternate hiking 
concept for the last half of the week (i.e. - walk south and down from Wayah, 
not north and up to Wayah).
