Don't OPEN IT!!!!!!!!!!Re: [at-l] Please try again (admin)



Indeed.

This virus made it through to the list because the "attachment" was really
just plain/text.   Many folks send RTF or HTML messages using this same tag
to the list, so I can either cut out 50% of the posters and force the list
to reject anything but plaintext, or folks can be careful with their
computer use and we can continue as we have been.

The good news, for the two of these that have gotten through the filters,
probably 200+ have been stopped before being distributed.

If folks have strong opinions one way or the other on how the list should
deal with text/plain attachments, please send your comments to me via
private email.
