[at-l] Underware on the trail.



the answer is that you don't want to wear the loose, cotton boxers
(except to get your wife pregnant, that is!) to stop chafing, but rather
the closer fitting boxer styles . . . that gives you the support of
briefs, plus inner thigh coverage for chafing resistance, and you don't
have to look like a briefs dork, to boot! I always felt ok about taking
a swim in my REI blue boxers; never felt nude hiking was appropriate if
you know others are gonna be around - sort of like talking on a cell
phone - some things are best left private! :)
