I would not suggest where the best place to donate your money is.  On the 
otherhand, these organizations are very, very different in terms of thier 
scale and resources.  That might be something to consider in addition to 
thier good work.

The ATC website had a link to www.guidestar.org which allows you to see the 
actual Form 990 financial statements of each of these organizations.  I 
would highly recommend that anyone considering making donations or doing 
estate planning check it out.
