Jan, It looks like the trail crosses Highway 9 about 15 miles north of the interstate junctions of Highway 9 and I-78 on the west side of Allentown.  Funny you should ask.  If I get to go back to the trail later this summer I am going to need a shuttle from Allentown to where the trail crosses Highway 309 north of Allentown.  Looks like it would be about a 20 mile shuttle at that point.   -- Phil
