[at-l] Rusty's Closed?

Rusty's is closed.  At least he has posted signs at Maupin Field (sans permission) and at the switchback above the Tye River to that affect (on private property behide the barded wire).  Weekend befoe last I didn't see the blazes or signs at his gate off the parkway.  Have also heard he offered the property to the Forest Service, the ATC, and several other rumors...no idea if any are true.
