Hey Patti. My guess is the Indigo Bunting. Their color varies from sky
blue to an "electric" blue. The Bluebird is another candidate but he is a
little larger and his rust colored vest usually is visible except when
his back is to you. If the color was a striking blue verses a dusty blue,
then I'll bet he was an Indigo Bunting.  Hopeful
