[at-l] Ed, Earl & the Gathering

I was also at that Gathering and in the 1st Listers picture.  My picture hangs at home next to my children's pictures and the rest of my family.

At that Gathering I was looking for a place to eat my lunch.  I asked these two old gents if I could join them at their table.  When we introduce ourselves the two gents were Earl and Ed.  For the next hour I sat at the table of the gods and listened to them talk about their experiences.  One of the greatest things to happen to me in my life.

I will be in Damascus on Saturday.  The rain gods flooded near by WV where I'm doing Red Cross disaster work.  See you there.

remember helping Earl carry his slides in and showing him where he was

to speak. Had the chance to talk a little with Ed Garvey. I remember 
seeing
him write my name down after we spoke. I was enthralled after that
Gathering. Truly memorable.
