[at-l] Bear cables dont work!

They also have them on the AT at Ethan Pond Shelter and Nauman.  Perhaps 
elsewhere, but not sure.

Anyone remeber Brutus at Ethan Pond?  For a while he was the most famous 
bear in the Whites.  I am thinking that one of the more prolific listers 
once wrote something hillarious about him...
