[at-l] Trail closings

I have know the USFS & Park Service to close their lands and hence the
segment of the trail through it, for any number of reasons.

Go past the signs and they find you, it can be a health fine in Federal
Court. In practice, they usually warn you first. But if you ignore the
warning, are blatant about the trespass, or are mouthy it can be go straight
to the magistrate.

Chainsaw

BTW -- On occasion I have seen them set up a bus shuttle around the problem,
when they have the resources to divert to it.
