[at-l] Argh! Silnylon vs cat pee

..And here I thought cat pee was the reigning champion of
linger-longer, everlasting, ne'er-fading, curl-your-nose-hairs,
make-your-eyes-water, icky smells!

White wine and baking soda, huh? Any idea what makes that combo work?
