[at-l] Maybe not a new idea

I solved this problem for my recent section hike with a little bit of work:

1) I took the trail description pages from the trail guide (from my CD
version) and arranged them by section.
2) I added the Data Book notations [RCw] etc.
3) I printed each section on one side of a page, and the corresponding
Companion pages (from the on-line Companion) on the back side.

Worked wonderfully. 3 books in one on several pieces of paper.

I know the guys who do the Data Book and Companion struggle to meet their
deadlines so it's probably up to each individual to roll their own favorite
combination of this information.
