Rather than kill sharks (which obviously even more OT than Mexican GM
plants), you might consider either Vit E or Fish Oil gelcaps. These are
both pretty good for skin, and fish oil smell wouldn't be a bother in
nether regions. 

To bring it back to trail, this is a reason to look at the oils you
bring for cooking as multipurpose. First Aid for chapped skin, chafing
and hotspots/blisters may be reasonable.
