[at-l] The List



It's the 80/20 rule at work.  In any organization 20% of the people do 80%
of the work to be done, be it writing posts, cleaning up after coffee hour,
making pancakes for the Kiwanis breakfast, donating money, whatever.  The
other 80% do the remaining 20% of the work.  In a church, there's always an
effort to get a better balance, but it rarely works.  And the size of the
organization doesn't matter.  anklebear
