[at-l] Mt. Washington Observ., virtual tour

I believe the gentleman in the Rusty's Tee Shirt is the  Old Phart who works
at the Mt. Washington facility.  He is an AT thru-hiker and gave a talk at
Trail Days in 2000.  His specialty is winter hiking and teaching winter
survival skills.
