[at-l] Blather: Reports from NE (and I don't mean Nebraska)

For VA, they've got a house that no one is familiar with and a cannon.  The
Richmond paper had a column on its stupidity just today.  It seems that some
artist picked this one, but no one in VA had anything to do with it.  We've
got lots better things going for us than an ante-bellum mansion and a civil
war cannon.  anklebear
