[at-l] Stiffed by Hiker

Unfortunately, two years ago I got a bounced check from someone who lives
near Chasiers, N.C.  It was INSF.
I attempted to collect, then went to the magistrate.  Then to court.  Long
story short, the Asst. D.A. dismissed the
case.  I'll talk to some police that I know tomorrow, but I'm not very
hopeful.
