[at-l] Newbie questions



What about the theory that the footprint should go INSIDE the tent to
prevent water (condensation) from getting your sleeping gear wet?  At least,
I think that was the reasoning.  I've read this several times through the
last decade, and it always sounds sensible when Backpacker, or whomever,
espouses it.  I just never can remember why they say.  anklebear
