[at-l] Bunce Box Ideas

It didn't take me long to get sick of having a bounce box. I realized I
never needed more than three or four dollars worth of stuff from it, but
every time I opened it I was losing at least $5.00 on the shipping.
Eventually I just bounced it home instead of forward. I never missed it.

As others have mentioned, Priority doesn't cost much extra but it allows
you to forward without penalty as long as you don't open the package.
