To bad its the DEP and not local cops.  Rather than the cops chasing the
firemen,
you got the DEP chasing the cops who are chasing the firemen.  Next thing
you know the
EPA will get into the picture because of the air polution, and you'll have
the EPA chasing
the DEP, chasing the cops, chasing the firemen.
