Just a Tick? I know lime dissease is serious and all, but only one tick?
I never had a tick on my body from hiking in GA, But, after working in
Oklahoma last summer, I got used to multiple ticks all over. After getting
back from the field, we would line up on the hotel balconie and remove our
shirts and form a line and spend an hour deticking ourselves.
This was also a common lunchtime activity. At one point, in the end of
the day
my field director came out of the woods and we realized her white shirt
looked black on
the back. Turns out she had hit a nest and the black was moving, she was
covered in
ticks.
Just thought I would share that wonderfull tick story with ya.
