[at-l] Tuscarora Trail resupply

The grocery at Siler is tiny but should be okay for resupply. The owner 
is friendly and wore a PATC T-shirt when I was last there. At that point 
you're only a day from Gore which also has a bigger general store. 
Woodstock is quite large (for the Valley). Maureyviile (SP?) is also a 
good supply point.
