Perhaps an at-l patch for those of us that read every single post to the
list for some period of time?  

We could then ask questions such as:  
Does a lurker qualify, or do you have to contribute to the list to
qualify?  

We could establish a committee to review posts to see if they qualify as
really contributing, or are just aimless posting off topic.  

If you go on a hike for a week, can you put it offline and then just
read the emails from that point forward or do you have to go back to
exactly the same point as when you left and read all of the emails from
there?

I guess we could equate digest mode to blue blazing and archive mode to
yellow blazing.  Are those acceptable to qualify for this new at-l
patch?
