This invokes an image of John Cleese wearing a backpack and representing the 
Ministry of Silly Walks with that big kick step walk.

Technical question - must I hop my car over the road crossings if I'm driving 
down, say Rt 64 in NC?

BTW - yellowblazing from the top of Springer (and I presume Katahdin, though 
I've not yet been) would be a tad difficult, so it seems blue blazing would 
be necessary at least for a portion of the exercise IMHO.
