I, for one, have found this discussion helpful.  I have been focused to date 
on the southern piece of things on sections and had no idea there is a 
form/registration process in Maine.  I'll have to crunch that into my 
thinking as it means I may decide to make Baxter my last section (I had 
planned to do that end and work south after reaching Damascus northbound).  I 
would have figured this out on my own in a year or two, but it's good to know 
now.
