of it for development as a private reserve (not as a ski resport) for the 
paltry sum of 12 million.  So now the AT view will include acres of 
vacation homes for the Rich and Famous."

For what it's worth, Sotheby's listed the Breen's land last November. 
If Sotheby's can't find a buyer at that price, no one will
