You know I can relate.  Many have asked me why I have yet to move out west.
I usually tell them I love the east coast mountains.  They usually reply,
"but they are so much bigger out there".  My reply, "Bigger isn't always
better".  The east coast wilderness has always left me in wonder.  Sometimes
I found myself just stuck at my campsite, just looking out and wondering.
What awaits?  I can think back, and clearly recall the most precious
moments, and they were usually the times when I just slowed down, forgot
about the trail, and just enjoyed where I was.
