[at-l] The slowest couple on the Trail

Well actually, a trio!
Cesar and Maude and their little dog Trudee
(a teeny thing with three inch legs) started
a SOBO last July.  Cesar has diabetes
and can only manage X amount of exercise
a day without screwing up his insulin levels.
For basic AT hiking X  equals about 5 miles
so that's the way they are going to GA.
Five miles a day!!
