[at-l] Knives...was another out of the shadows

When judging weight, the tradeoff is performance and sometimes you
have to have weight to get some degree of ruggedness and functionality.
I've got a one-oz knife that I've found too flimsy, its a small
little pocket knife.
My current favorite is a two ounce, and I've also got a three ounce
that has a few more 'bells and whistles'. These are all fold-up, Swiss
Army types. IMHO, two ounces is a good balance between weight and
performance for AT hiking.
