I was reading the New Jersey Herald the other day. (this is
a county newspaper that I was actually considering trying to
get a job writing for. Not that I'm not now...) And, for the
first time ever, I read an article that was prostituted to
the level of e-mail. The writer used things like  :-)  and
LOL   (It was a mock letter asking Osama Bin Laden where he
is)...I knew it'd happen...I just hoped it wouldn't.
