[at-l] Hot foody goodness



Thanks, sorry; I wasn't very clear :)  I wasn't sure whether you added
cold water, mixed it up and then cooked/heated it, or hot water first.
  Thanks for the clarification; it sounds like a good, easy and filling
recipe!!  Thanks for sharing!
