Then there is the flip side of the coin. When trail overseers forget the
workers are volunteers, or thay are choosing between competing people, then
it's up to them and there choosen few live with there choices. Rejected
volunteers often don't volunteer again. Often when it comes to volunteer
work, clicks form and expansion of the volunteer staff is discouraged, while
the folks in the click complain that noone wants to volunteer.
