This is a good reason to bring 1 cigarette to the woods. Remove the
stings as best you can, tweezers if you have them. Chew the tobacco and
smear the was and juice on the stings. This helps to digest some of the
toxins and the sting. Similarly, a paste of bicarb can help to a
degree. 

Then a little benadryl at night to help you sleep and not scratch.
